Affectionately known as SHREK Quiches in our house. Our children absolutely LOVE these! Super easy to make, packed with goodness, taste delicious!
These quiches freeze really well, great to pull out during those extra busy mornings.
- 1 x Tasty Pot INVIGORATE
- a few generous handfuls of spinach
- 3/4 pottle of cream
- 7 x eggs
- a couple of handfuls of grated cheese
- Edmonds Savoury Short pastry to make the quiches or pre-made pastry casings
Pre-heat oven: 180 deg celsius
Grease muffin tins well. Cut each sheet into 4 even squares, one square for each quiche. Once all the pastry is made into quiche casings, blind bake for 10 - 15 mins. When ready, pull out of oven and let pastry cool for 10 minutes.
When pastry is cool, sprinkle a little grated cheese into each pastry casing. Put all other ingredients into blender (INVIGORATE Soup, spinach, cream, eggs) and blend but do not over blend. When all blended, pour mixture into casings.
Place quiches into oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven when ready and place on a cooling rack.Enjoy!
